What Constitutes Abuse

Reportable abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Phishing: Forms designed to steal credentials, financial information, or other sensitive data by impersonating legitimate organizations
• Spam: Unsolicited forms or form links distributed in bulk
• Illegal content: Forms collecting information for illegal activities or distributing prohibited content
• Harassment: Forms used to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals
• Fraud: Forms used for scams, fake surveys, or deceptive data collection
• Malware distribution: Forms used to distribute malicious software or links
• Privacy violations: Forms collecting personal data without consent or legal basis, especially from minors
• Impersonation: Forms falsely representing themselves as belonging to another organization

Our Response Process

When we receive an abuse report, we:

1. Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
2. Investigate the reported form and associated account
3. Take appropriate action, which may include disabling the form, suspending the account, or contacting the form creator
4. Notify you of the outcome (where appropriate and without disclosing private information)
