  • accessToken: Your JWT authentication token for maintaining your login session
  • refreshToken: Used to obtain new access tokens when they expire
  • _fm_userName: Cached display name for instant sidebar rendering
  • _fm_workspaces: Cached workspace list for instant sidebar rendering

These are strictly necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without losing access to authenticated features.

2.2 Form Session Data (Functional)

When respondents fill out a form, we may store partial response data server-side (keyed by session ID) to enable auto-save functionality. This data expires automatically after 48 hours.

2.3 What We Do NOT Use

Formaya does not use:

  • Third-party tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.)
  • Advertising or marketing cookies
  • Cross-site tracking technologies
  • Fingerprinting techniques

3. Managing Your Preferences

Since we only use essential storage for authentication and functionality, there is no cookie consent banner. If you wish to clear stored data, you can:

  • Log out of Formaya (clears authentication tokens and cached data)
  • Clear your browser's local storage for formaya.app
  • Use your browser's privacy settings to manage stored data

Note that clearing authentication data will require you to log in again.
